Thank you for shopping with Civil Code Oil. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Products that have been damaged after delivery

• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
